In 1971, Dick Dolan had a dream of starting a company
that served the needs of vegetable growers, large
and small. He brought innovative ideas to his customers,
helping them improve production and quality by staking
crops with treated stakes and by utilizing plastic
mulch, drip irrigation and specially designed buckets
for harvest.
Dick persistently promoted staking and “plasticulture”
concepts and associated technologies for 25 years.
He built a thriving business through his personal
concern for his customers and commitment to doing
business ethically. Today, Intergro continues to
thrive—a legacy to the hard work and dedication
of its founder.
The benefits reaped by hundreds of growers from
the simple but effective innovations that Dick Dolan
championed, have been enormous.
Intergro still offers innovative products. And we
still do it the way our founder did—one customer
at a time!
“We've done business
with Intergro for over 20 years. You can be sure
that Dick Dolan is proud of the company Intergro
has become.
