As a native of the Tampa Bay area, Tim has spent most of his life in Florida and around agriculture.  After graduating from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee with a degree in Latin American Studies and an MBA, Tim spent six years working throughout Latin America. In 1995, he returned to Florida to become President of Intergro. He has used his education and experience to help the company increase its relationship with customers and suppliers in Florida and in Latin America.

Tim is married and the father of four children. He lives in Clearwater where he enjoys fishing, diving and boating.
