Terry has been a veteran of the agricultural industry since 1985. After graduating from the University of Tampa with a degree in business, he started his career as a manufacturer's representative to agriculture interests in West Central Florida.  In 1991, he moved to Orlando to successfully help Sonoco Products launch a new line of plastic mulch film. Over the course of the next ten years, Terry revolutionized the industry by teaching growers how to down gauge their plastic, thereby saving the grower money and making their operation more efficient. In recent years, Terry has helped the industry find ways to dispose of used plastics and move toward recycling and roll with changing environmental standards.

In 2000, he joined Intergro as vice president. With his hands-on approach and solid understanding of farming, Terry can offer product solutions for all parts of the growing process.

Terry is married and lives in Clearwater.  He has a passion for fishing and can frequently be found aboard his boat “Sushi Bar” hunting for the next big strike.
