Felix believes in changing the status quo with an added value focus. With 20 plus years of accounting and operational experience, he uses this philosophy to deliver innovative solutions designed to improve efficiencies and create sustainable operational environments.

Felix received a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico. Felix is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, a member of the Puerto Rico Society of CPA and a former president of the Puerto Rico Society of CPA – Ponce Chapter.

Felix joined Integro’s Leadership Team as Chief Financial Officer in November, 2014. Prior experiences includes employment in the waste management and in the staffing and outsourcing service industries where he held various roles including Internal, Audit Manager, Corporate Controller and Market Area Controller. Felix writes and speaks Spanish fluently.
